Recommendation
If you are planning for a budget trip to Phuket, I recommend you to book "The gallery hotel".
It was nice and clean. It is only 10-12mins walking distance from The Gallery hotel to Patong beach.
There are a lot of seafood stalls along the Main road, you can actually bargain the price with all the stall vendors. ( All of them are friendly and nice). You must try their Tranditional Thai full body massage ( Normally 500THB ~ 600THB for 2hours ). If you like to have a drink at the night, Bangla Road is the best choice, many bars and pubs are located along the road. ( A lot of ladyboy and sexy girl dancing in the bar ). ^^
